Are you the SysOps expert our Service Desk team needs? At Holaluz, we're revolutionizing the energy sector, and we need a highly skilled SysOps Engineer to provide top-tier technical guidance and support.
The Service Desk team is responsible for Holaluz device and Identity and Access Management and manages office infrastructure. We’re looking for an experienced engineer that will give seniority to the team.
You will work closely with Cloud Platform and Security Teams. And be involved in the evolution of our infrastructure. Using state of the art cloud infrastructure and architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Technical Support: Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk team, resolving complex technical issues and providing expert guidance.
- Identity and Access Management:
- Administer and maintain identity and access management tools: Windows AD and Okta.
- Ensure the integrity and security of the identity ecosystem.
- Implement and manage the full user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) in an automated manner.
- Integrate identity tools with other applications and systems in the ecosystem.
- Manage identity repositories with Terraform.
- Google Workspace Administration: Manage and maintain the Google Workspace environment, including user configuration, permissions, and security policies.
- Office Networking:
- Administer and maintain the office network infrastructure, including the Edge Router and the APs.
- Ensure Internet connectivity and network security.
- Automation:
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools for recurring tasks, primarily using Make.
- Promote automation in all areas to improve efficiency and security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices. And of course, propose new ideas to improve.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or Higher education degree in IT
- Proven experience in The SysOps / N3 role
- Proven experience in Linux and Windows system administration
- Networking knowledge and experience (Firewalls, DNS, VPN, Proxies)
- Programming languages and Scripting using Python, Bash.
- AWS knowledge and experience will be a plus. In addition to IaC with Terraform and Dockerization concepts.
- Ability to train and provide technical support to service desks.

- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.
- Catalan and B1 level of English. The job does not require day to day usage of English, however interactions with English speaking support teams are not rare.
