Product Operations Specialist
Join our team as a Product Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in the operation of our new products. At Holaluz, we continuously launch new products and are looking for someone to help us operate them in their initial stages within a lean environment. Your role will involve learning from the operation of these products before handing over the process to the Operations team or having the process automatized.
You will join the Product team, which is in charge of creating and iterating Holaluz products, and you will work together with different teams to ensure the delivery of some of our products.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be in charge of making sure critical processes related to our Products work flawlessly.
- You will work with different databases and sources of information to make sure our customers have the best quotes possible.
- You will work together with Product, Operations and Data to improve current processes.
- You will be responsible for the creation of lean new processes for operating new products and their documentation.
- You will work with the Operations team to integrate operative processes executed by the product team into the daily operations when the product has been consolidated.
- You will have a complete understanding about our systems and products to help the Operation team to manage special cases when necessary.
- You will work together with Marketing and Communications to communicate our customers their new quotes, creating new segmentations when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience as a business analyst, process analyst or similar jobs where you are used to work with data, automate and execute processes
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in data management processes: Experience in processes involving managing and merging data from different sources and platforms.
- Strong technical expertise: Used to work with SQL language, ETL platforms, automation tools and Excel software.
- Analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and turn them into insights that drive strategies and solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude: Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement of our processes. Eagerness in learning new processes and getting things done. Flexibility to solve different problems for different teams. Have good organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with limited resources.
- Experience in the utility sector is a plus
