This isn't a "manage partnerships" role. You will design and execute the partnerships engine that unlocks our next stage of growth across Spain.
Open doors. Close deals. Identify and approach the partners that matter — the ones that can move real revenue. Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements that create long-term structural value. Create distribution where there is none. Build where others haven't looked. Expand within a high-potential market segment that can materially accelerate our growth.
Be in the field. Travel across Spain. Sit with partners face-to-face. Be in the room. — Build the kind of trust that only comes from showing up. — Negotiate hard conversations. Own the outcome.
